Download workflow apps from the Application Site and place them on the main screen of the Smart Operation Panel as one-touch shortcuts. For example, download the Conference Concierge app for easy-to-follow instructions on how to turn layouts into accurate printouts. Or, download the How-to Videos app for on-screen guided instructions and troubleshooting. Add software such as Streamline NX^® and GlobalScan^™ NX to expedite workflows and reduce repetitive steps.

Find what you need now

Use the 320 GB HDD to store up to 3,000 frequently used forms on the Document Server for quick, on-demand printing. Add optional Optical Character Recognition (OCR) scanning and search within PDF files later with a keyword search. With optional @Remote, you can check meter reads and expedite maintenance tasks.

Keep track of everything

Enable User Authentication, set print quotas to reduce unnecessary printing and use Locked Print to hold print jobs until the authorized user is at the MFP to release them. Add the optional second network interface port to offer guests secure access to a secondary network for printing. Issue chargebacks by adding Device Manager NX Accounting software.
