Add paperless faxing to send and receive transcripts, contracts and forms right from your email. Store up to 3,000 files on the Document Server and add optional Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to expedite retrieval of PDF files on the Document Server by using keywords.

Choose from five internal or external finishers, including a large 3,000-Sheet Stapler Finisher. Opt for the 1,000-Sheet Hybrid Staple + Stapleless Finisher to create document sets with or without staples, depending on the number of pages. Create booklets and hole punch document sets. You can even fold documents in-line with an optional Internal Multi-Fold Unit.
